BAYAHOME Return Policy

At BAYAHOME, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our home linens and home accessories. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 7days of receipt.
  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained from our customer service team before returning any items. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.

Process:

Issue yourr eturn on website and then you can 

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email at Info@baya.org if any help is needed in case of initiating a return. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive RA Number: Our team will provide you with an RA number and detailed return instructions.
  3. Package Your Return: Securely package the items in their original packaging, including all tags and labels. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship Your Return: We will send our shipping partner to collect the package and they will contact you to visit at your conveniance.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or bank account once provided. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and return cost will be deducted.

Customized orders cant be returned nor refunded.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange. The process for exchanges follows the same steps as returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
